Our tallow balms are made with 100% natural ingredients and contain no synthetic stabilizers, so they may soften or melt during transit in warm weather.

If temperatures are expected to reach 70°F or higher, we recommend adding a Heat Protection Kit to your order. We'll also upgrade your shipment to Priority Shipping.

When Your Order Arrives

If your balm feels soft, place it in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes before opening. This helps it firm back up and prevents spills or product loss. Softened balm is still perfectly safe and effective.

Please Note

While our Cold Shipping Kit helps reduce the risk of melting, it cannot guarantee products will remain solid in extreme heat or if a package is left outdoors for extended periods.
